Yz Dream sells digital access to the Yz Dream – Digital Car Management App. Access is delivered instantly by email/account activation.

1) Summary of refund windows

  • 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month plans: 7-day money-back guarantee from purchase.
  • 12-Month plans: 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase.

Within these windows, if you’re not satisfied for any reason, email info@dreamzshop.org and we’ll refund you in full to the original payment method (see Section 5 for how to request).

Access is digital; once a refund is issued, access is deactivated immediately.

2) After the refund window (pro-rated option)

If your request arrives after the applicable refund window, we can pro-rate the remaining, unused portion of your term:

Pro-rate formula
Refund amount = Plan price minus the value of days already used (calculated at the plan’s standard daily rate) minus non-recoverable payment processing/bank fees where permitted by law.

  • Daily rate = Plan price ÷ plan days (e.g., 30, 90, 180, or 365).
  • Example (12-month plan): If you request a cancellation after 60 days, we deduct 60 × daily rate from the plan price and refund the rest.
  • We cannot pro-rate for periods that have fully elapsed.
  • Pro-rated refunds are not available if the account has been suspended for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

Local consumer-law rights (if more favorable) will always be honored.

3) What’s not refundable

  • Requests outside the applicable window where no pro-rate applies (e.g., term already complete).
  • Accounts suspended for fraud/abuse/terms violations.
  • Bank currency-conversion charges or issuer fees outside our control (we refund the amount we received; your bank may retain its charges).

4) Cancellations & renewals

  • Most plans are non-auto-renewing. Access ends automatically at the end of the purchased term.
  • If you opt into auto-renew at checkout (where available), you may cancel before the next renewal date from your account or by emailing us. We do not prorate a currently active auto-renew term once it has started.

5) How to request a refund or pro-rate

Email info@dreamzshop.org with:

  1. Order number and purchase email
  2. Plan name and duration
  3. Reason for refund/cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

We’ll confirm eligibility and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls the posting time.

6) Technical requirements & support

We’re happy to help you get set up. If something isn’t working, contact info@dreamzshop.org promptly and we’ll troubleshoot first; if we can’t resolve it, your request will be handled under Sections 1–2.

7) Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first. Most billing issues are resolved quickly via support. Filing a chargeback before reaching out may delay resolution and can temporarily suspend access while the payment processor investigates.
