Welcome to Yz Dream. The terms “Yz Dream”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of this website and the Yz Dream – Digital Car Management App (the “Service”). We sell digital access to our software via our WooCommerce store and process payments through WooPayments/Stripe.

By visiting our site, creating an account, or purchasing/using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility, Accounts & Security

  • You represent you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and legally able to contract.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration, billing, and payment information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share or transfer your account.

2) Our Products (Digital Access Only)

  • We provide software access (SaaS). No physical goods are shipped. Screenshots, images, and descriptions are for illustration only; actual features may vary.
  • We may change or discontinue features, plans, or pricing at any time.

3) Orders, Activation & Delivery

  • Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline at our discretion.
  • Access is delivered digitally (activation email/account provisioning).
  • Most plans are non-auto-renewing; access ends at the end of the plan term unless you repurchase. If you enable auto-renew on checkout (where available), it will renew until you cancel.

4) License Grant & Device Limits

  • During your paid term, Yz Dream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business use in accordance with your plan (e.g., 1–5 devices/users).
  • Do not exceed device/user limits, sublicense, resell, frame, scrape, or circumvent technical restrictions.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • upload or store illegal content or third-party personal data without a lawful basis;
  • attempt to access the Service without authorization, introduce malware, or interfere with security or licensing;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works except where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or risk the security of the Service.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Billing

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
  • Posted prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for VAT/GST or other taxes where applicable.
  • You authorize us (and our processor) to charge the payment method you provide for all amounts due. You must keep your billing info current.

7) Refunds & Chargebacks

  • We offer a 7-day refund window from the purchase date on first-time orders unless otherwise stated on the product page. After activation beyond 7 days, refunds are generally not available.
  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting info@dreamzshop.org may result in suspension of access and fees to cover processor costs.

8) Service Availability & Support

  • We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Standard support: email support + knowledge base. Response times may vary by plan and demand.

9) Intellectual Property

  • The Service, software, website, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by Yz Dream or its licensors and protected by law.
  • Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted. Do not use our trademarks without written permission.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

  • We use third-party providers (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, WooPayments/Stripe). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
  • Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11) Feedback

If you submit suggestions, reviews, or ideas (“Feedback”), you grant Yz Dream a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Service. You confirm you have rights to provide such Feedback.

13) Errors, Changes & Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information (including pricing) without prior notice. We may cancel orders affected by such errors.

14) Term, Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach, fraud, legal risk, or non-payment. You remain liable for fees incurred before termination. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) survive termination.

15) Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free.

16) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YZ DREAM AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Yz Dream for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages; in such cases the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yz Dream and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) violation of law or third-party rights; or (c) misuse of the Service.

18) Data Protection

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to processing as described there, including processing by our vendors (e.g., WooPayments/Stripe) to provide payments and fraud prevention.

19) Export & Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident or national of any country or entity subject to EU, UK, or U.S. embargoes or sanctions. You will comply with all applicable export-control laws.

20) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

21) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy & US (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts of Bologna, Italy, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

22) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be notified via the site or email and become effective on the date stated. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
